Proprietary Rights: You acknowledge and agree that PFL and any necessary software used in connection with the PFL contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. You further acknowledge and agree that content contained in advertisements or information presented to you through the PFL or by advertisers is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws. Except as expressly permitted by applicable law or as authorized by PFL or the applicable licensor (such as an advertiser), you agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, transmit, broadcast, publicly perform or create derivative works based on the PFL, such content or software, in whole or in part.

PFL grants you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive right and license to use the object code of its database on a single computer; provided that you do not (and do not allow any third party to) copy, modify, create a derivative work from, reverse engineer, reverse assemble or otherwise attempt to discover any source code, sell, assign, sublicense, grant a security interest in or otherwise transfer any right in the database. You agree not to modify the database in any manner or form, nor to use modified versions of the database, including (without limitation) for the purpose of obtaining unauthorized access to the PFL services. You agree not to access the PFL services by any means other than through the interface that is provided by PFL for use in accessing the PFL services and database.

You will make you own account and password designation upon completing the PFL registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the account and password and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password. You agree to immediately notify PFL of any unauthorized use of your account or password or any other breach of security, and ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. PFL cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this.

PFL respects your privacy, registration data and certain other information about you, including your personal information. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available.

PFL, the PFL logo and other PFL trademarks which appear on the website are trade names and trademarks of PFL. You may not use any trademarks for any purpose including, but not limited to, use as metatags on other sites on the World Wide Web without the prior written permission of PFL or the third party which owns the marks.

You have a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view and copy the publicly accessible information on this website for your personal non-commercial use, and only on one computer. You are not permitted to resell or transfer any information obtained from this website to anyone else. This license can be terminated by us at any time, at which time you must destroy all copies of the licensed materials. This license is conditioned on your continued adherence to all the terms of this agreement.

Payment: Personal cheque with Bankers Card, all major Credit/Debit cards, Wallie, Paypal, iDeal, SMS, IVR, ELV, Bankers Draft or Bank credit cards are all acceptable methods of payments. Our terms are payment in full within thirty days. All goods remain the property of PFL until paid for in full. Monies that remain outstanding by the due date will incur late payment interest at the rate of 2% above the prevailing Bank base rate on the outstanding balance until such time as the balance is paid in full and final settlement. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid sixty days from the date of invoice via collection Agencies and/or through the Small claims court in the event that the outstanding balance does not exceed €6000. In such circumstances, you shall be liable for any and all additional administrative and/or court costs. Returned cheques will incur a €50 charge to cover banking fees and administrative costs. In an instance of a second Return cheque, we reserve the right to terminate the arrangement and, if agreed to, we shall insist on future cash transactions only. Consequently, all booking and/or transactions and agreements entered into will cease with immediate effect until such time as any and all outstanding monies are recovered in full.

The information on the website is limited to the dissemination of general information regarding products and services. The information and services provided on the website are not provided to and may not be used by any person or entity in any jurisdiction where the provision or use thereof would be contrary to applicable laws, rules or regulations of any governmental authority or regulatory or self-regulatory organization or clearing organization or where PFL is not authorized to provide such information or services. PFL respects the intellectual property of others and asks that our users do the same. Full and complete agreement regarding website: These terms and conditions represent the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between you and us regarding your rights to access and use the website, and supersedes all prior agreements and representations (whether written or oral), regarding this subject matter, except as is otherwise provided herein. This agreement is in addition to, and does not nullify, any other agreement between you and PFL governing the conduct of your relationship with PFL.

No waiver, modification or amendment of any of these terms and conditions shall be effective against PFL unless it is in writing and signed by an authorized official of PFL. We do not waive any power or right under this agreement even if we don’t always insist on strict compliance with any of these terms and conditions, or if we delay or fail to exercise any power or right given to us in this agreement.

All rights and remedies given to PFL in these terms and conditions are cumulative and not exclusive of any other rights or remedies which PFL otherwise has at law or equity. These terms and conditions shall be binding upon you and your executors, heirs, successors and assigns. These terms and conditions and your rights and obligations hereunder may not be assigned by you without the prior written permission of PFL and shall inure to the benefit of PFL successors and assigns whether by merger, consolidation or otherwise. PFL may assign this agreement or any of its rights or obligations under these terms and conditions.
Any cause of action you may have with respect to your use of the website must be commenced within one year after the claim or cause of action arises. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these terms and conditions to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of these terms and conditions, and the remainder of these terms and conditions shall continue in full force and effect. A printed version of these terms and conditions shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings. This website is created and controlled by us in the Netherlands, Europe. The laws of the Netherlands govern any disputes between you and us arising in connection with this agreement, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. Our notices to you may include notice of important changes to this agreement.
